Shoppers located in the EU or EFTA markets (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland) and the UK have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, with no reason required.

Please see the instructions below to exercise this right:

1. Visit returns.fuegodance.com/withdrawal to submit a request.
2. Check your email for a confirmation to ensure your request was submitted successfully.
3. Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel the order and process the applicable refund.
4. Return Request: If your order has already been fulfilled, return the item(s) to our EU warehouse following the return instructions provided and send the tracking details to help@fuegodance.com

Important:

• EU Customers: You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
• Non-EU / EFTA / UK Customers: You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. Fuego does not currently provide return shipping labels customers outside of the EU or US.
  
  Fuego does not cover the cost of return shipping or associated fees for withdrawals under this policy.
