  1. Social and Ballroom Dance Styles


  • Salsa: vibrant and energetic Latin partner dance with origins in Cuba in the late 1800s; informed by diverse Spanish & African influences; one of the most popular styles of dance the world over, known for rhythmic hip movements, lively footwork, and fluid spins.ย
