As soon as I ordered the shoes, the...read moreThe shoes that I purchased were good. They fit and perform well. My chief complaint is the length of time it took for me to receive the shoes. As soon as I ordered the shoes, the money was charged to my credit card, however, it took three months for me to receive the shoes. That is unacceptable in my opinion. I did receive a discount for a pre-ordering the shoes. After I placed my order, and Fuego noted that it was received, there was no real communication until I reached out regarding the length of time it was taking. I feel that until you get closer to shipment time, money should not be taken. You could definitely improve your customer service.
